What is Self Care to you?

Self discovery never ends, I am self aware and know the core of who I am, outside of the conditioning of who and what I am expected to be.

Leaving my birth state and relocating has been a time of healing old wounds, and ancestral healing. My mission has been to face my shadows so that I can move forward to create the life, family, and community I so strongly desire. Healing is not linear. It is not perfectly packaged and it is usually painful and messy. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
